The company was founded in 1992. Now Astana Motors is the authorized distributor of Hyundai, Subaru, BMW, MINI, Motorrad, Jaguar Land Rover, Haval, GWM, TANK, Chery, Changan, BYD, Genesis, Golden Dragon, and Foton, and the authorized dealer of Toyota and Lexus in Kazakhstan. The company is also active as a Hyndai distributor and BYD dealer in Uzbekistan. |
Astana Motors owns three operating manufacturing plants for passenger and commercial vehicles — Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan, Hyundai Trans Almaty, and the multi-brand Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan plant. The company is also developing an automotive components technopark. |
