The plant workers highly appreciated the attention paid by the Ministry.

«At a time like this, I feel proud for the industry development, for the achievements of my colleagues and machine builders from other enterprises of Kazakhstan, for our work being recognized and distinguished rather than for myself. It is quite inspiring!” Kairat Yerezhepov noted.

Alexander Bayer also shared his impression of the ceremony:
«When you work, you don’t think of any awards! The recognition by the state and sincere congratulations from the colleagues inspire so much. My status has also changed — apart from a certified machine builder, I’ve become an honored one.
