Beknur Nesipbayev joined Astana Motors in 2008 after graduation from the university. He started his career from an ordinary position and worked his way up to Astana Motors CEO.

Over 14 years, Beknur Nesipbayev has made a significant contribution to the development of Astana Motors. Under his management, the company implemented a number of export-oriented projects, such as the construction of the passenger car plant Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan, the expansion of the production of Hyundai Trans Almaty commercial vehicles, the development of the Hyundai dealer network in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the sale of cars made in Kazakhstan.

Anar Makasheva has been with Astana Motors since 2003. She worked in the Marketing Department of the Hyundai Center Kazakhstan subsidiary, and headed the Marketing Department of Astana Motors.

The key activity of Anar Makasheva as a GR director of the company is the study of the potential and prospects for the development of the automotive market in Kazakhstan, forecasts of market processes, and strategic communications.

Ruslan Omarov has worked in Astana Group for over 16 years. He joined the company as a financial manager of the development division and worked as a financial analyst and the director of Astana Group’s credit department.

From 2017, Ruslan Omarov has been Astana Motors CFO. He is in charge of financial management of the group of companies, and implements strategic financial planning tasks.
