On April 30, 2019, the grand opening of Jaguar Land Rover Astana Motors, a new ultramodern dealership center, took place in Almaty. Michael John Gifford, Ambassador of the UK in Kazakhstan and Emma Nicholson (Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne), Trade Representative of the Prime Minister of the UK in the Republic of Kazakhstan were among the first guests.

The new Jaguar Land Rover dealership center is located in the prestigious district of Almaty on Al-Farabi Avenue. It is constructed in accordance with an advanced brand design, namely ARCH concept. Its key features are the façade of the building in the form of arches and the facilities, which are arranged into a single «customer corridor”.

The total area of ​​the dealership center opened by Astana Motors is more than 2,800 square meters. Upon entering the building, the customers see a showroom with ​​certified used cars sold under the Approved program. A service area (​​1,174 square meters) with seven lifts and a warehouse of original spare parts are located on the first floor. Each of the multifunctional zones lets provide a whole range of services for the owners of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in accordance with the highest quality standards of the company. The center can provide maintenance service up to 1,000 cars per month. The customers can check the quality of services or use a special Video Capture service to track the progress of the work remotely: a video of the car service is sent to a car owner’s e-mail. There are new cars in the showroom with a beautiful view of Zailiyskiy Alatau on the second floor of the auto center: up to ten Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles can be accommodated here. A configurator of the models, a lounge area, a department of accessories and souvenirs are available for visitors.

I-PACE has become the first electric vehicle of the famous British brand, and it is now the first electric crossover officially presented in Kazakhstan.
