President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev awarded Nurlan Smagulov with II Degree Barys Order

During the meeting, Nurlan Smagulov informed Nursultan Nazarbayev about the development of the automotive industry and plans for exports of cars.

«There is an increase in sales of cars. At our assembly plant, we started assembling Maz vehicles. We completely switched to painting and welding of Hyundai vehicles at our assembly plant in Almaty. We exported 450 cars to the Russian Federation, and we signed an agreement on the delivery of 300 Hyundai County buses to Tajikistan. We hope that we will initiate similar projects with Uzbekistan. Thus, Kazakhstan starts playing a significant role in Central Asia as a production platform,” concluded Nurlan Smagulov.
