PRESENTATION OF VOLVO CAR ALMATY

Volvo Car Almaty, the first Volvo dealership center not only in Kazakhstan but also throughout Central Asia, has been opened in Almaty. Volvo Car Almaty is located at the VILLA Boutiques & Restaurants complex, 140a Al-Farabi Avenue.

«This is a new home for Volvo. It is a responsible and important step for us. We promise our customers not only to sell but also to provide service for our cars at the service center of Astana Motors. Our plan for this year is to sell 60−100 cars. The brand generates a lot of interest and in recent years, it has changed the attitude of the customers to itself. I hope that Volvo will find its new customer: a creative person, a person looking to the future," emphasized President of Astana Group Nurlan Smagulov.

The total area of the Volvo Car Almaty dealership center is about 340 square meters. It is fully established in accordance with the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) concept. Its philosophy is based on the principle «cool outside and warm inside”. Outside the boutique is made of glass and metal, and inside an atmosphere of Scandinavian comfort is created. The VRE program lets optimize the amount of investment required for opening or re-equipping a dealership center.

«We enter the Kazakhstan market with our innovations: the XC90 crossover, the V90 Cross Country model, the S90 business sedan, and the second-generation XC60 crossover. All of them are built on SPA architecture, and this is a fundamentally new product in the automotive market. We look forward to further productive work with our partner — Astana Motors. I am confident that the stunning Scandinavian design, stylish exterior, safety technologies, and accessories of our cars will please discerning customers in Kazakhstan,” said President of Volvo Car Russia Michael Malmsten.

As part of the opening of the Volvo Car Almaty dealership center, a new car was presented: the Volvo XC60 compact crossover. Like all Volvo models, this crossover is equipped with a revolutionary City Safety system that monitors the situation around the car and, in case of an emergency, can brake itself, thus preventing or significantly reducing the consequences of accidents such as collisions with other cars and hitting a pedestrian or a bicyclist.

The new Volvo dealership center in Almaty offers services according to 3S standards: (sales, service, and spare parts). A full range of services is offered here to the clients: sale and maintenance service of cars; sale of original spare parts and accessories, including installation of additional equipment; profitable loan and insurance programs; a Trade-In program, and a service loyalty program that involves provision of a replacement car during repair or maintenance.

The Volvo Car Almaty dealership center meets the highest requirements of the Volvo dealership network and has the equipment necessary for any kind of maintenance service. Maintenance service will be carried out in the service center of the company located at 107 Al-Farabi Avenue.
