ASTANA MOTORS KMC OPENS THE HYUNDAI AUTO KOSTANAY DEALERSHIP CENTER

On August 1, 2014, the opening ceremony of the Hyundai Auto Center took place in Kostonay.

The Hyundai Auto Kostanay dealership center was built in accordance with the newest standard of the Hyundai brand — GDSI (Global Dealership Space Identity). Like all auto centers of Astana Motors KMC, the Hyundai Auto Kostanay dealership center will operate according to the principles of the 3Ss: Sales (sales of cars), Service (maintenance service), and Spare parts (sales of original spare parts).

The new auto center is located in the city center, not far from the Akimat and the central square. It has convenient access and a large parking area.

The ultra-modern exterior of the building in the high-tech style harmoniously transforms into the interior, creating a hospitable atmosphere for visitors. Today similar projects of the GDSI standard, developed by Hyundai Motor Company, have been realized in four countries: China, Brazil, Turkey and Korea. Kazakhstan is honored to be the fifth country in this list.

A new approach to the design of the auto center exhibits high-quality customer service. In the spacious and stylish showroom of 420 square meters, the entire range of Hyundai cars delivered to Kazakhstan will be represented as well as a wide range of original spare parts, accessories, and financial products. There are several waiting areas, a separate premium zone with a room for consultations, and a play area for children in the auto center. The possibility of a test drive is also available.

The total area of the Hyundai Auto Kostanay dealership center is 2,017 square meters. In addition to the showroom, it includes a service area, a warehouse for spare parts, a car wash, and office premises. The volume of attracted investments for the construction, involving a partner bank, SB of Sberbank JSC, was about 520 million tenge.

The service area of 577 square meters is equipped with modern devices. The station offers a full range of services for technical maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. The service will be fully automated, and it will be additionally equipped with diagnostic devices for the new generation of Hyundai GDS2 models. The main value of the service center is its highly qualified specialists who were trained and certified according to HSTEP&HTRP program.

Astana Motors KMC would like to express its gratitude to SB of Sberbank JSC for financing the project, the Akimat of Kostanay for assistance in the construction of the dealership center, and SK Blitz LLP, the construction contractor.

Domestically produced Hyundai cars are represented in the new auto center. As of July, 2014, three models of the Korean brand were launched at the SaryarkaAvtoProm plant in Kostanay: the Elantra sedan, the i30 hatchback and the Tucson crossover. By the end of the year, it is planned to assemble 2,700 cars. As of August, 2014, domestically assembled models will be offered to consumers in all Hyundai Auto Centers in Kazakhstan.
